Q: Do you have wheelchairs or strollers available for rent?

A: While we do not have wheelchairs or strollers available to rent at this time, the Cube is completely wheelchair and stroller accessible.

Q: Are cameras or video cameras allowed?

A: Cameras and video cameras are permitted and encouraged at Discovery Cube, as long as the footage is for personal use.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: We do not allow any animals or pets into our facility, except for licensed service dogs.

Q: Do you have reciprocal memberships?

A: Yes, we do.  First, purchase a Discovery Cube Membership. This will automatically enroll you in the ASTC Passport Program. Then check the ASTC Passport Program list to find other participating museums—now more than 300 in over a dozen countries. Then get ready to go!

Q: Do you allow outside food at Discovery Cube?

A: The Cube does not allow outside food within the museum. We do have a Bean Sprouts on-site and offer a variety of healthy snack options in our gift shop for your convenience.

Q: Are you open when it’s raining?

A: Yes, we are open in the rain! The Cube is the perfect place to visit during raining days as the majority of our exhibits are indoors.

Q: Do you have locker facilities available?

A: We do not have locker facilities available at this time.

Q: Do you have a restaurant at your facility?

A: We do have a Bean Sprouts cafe on-site and offer a variety of healthy snack options in our gift shop for your convenience. To learn more, click here.

Q: Do you allow re-entry into the Cube?

A: Re-entry is permitted at Discovery Cube Los Angeles. Please keep your admission ticket with you at all times.

Q: My child is under 3. What is the cost?

A: There is no charge for children under the age of 3 to visit the Cube.

Q: What is the cost of parking?

A: Parking is FREE at Discovery Cube LA!

Q: Will you donate to our fundraiser?

A: As a non-profit organization, the Cube is happy to assist other non-profit groups with their fundraising and event planning needs. In order to receive donated admission tickets, please take a moment to fill out our online donation form.

Q: Do you refund ticket purchases?

A: While the Discovery Cube is a non-profit that does not support any refunds associated to ticket purchases, we value your feedback and why you are considering a refund.
