Prepare for an adventure:  getting to and living on Mars!  In partnership with Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), we have created a summer of space adventure for campers entering 3rd through 5th grades.  Scientists, Engineers, and other Subject Matter Experts will participate with the students to help them explore the engineering process by designing a rocket ship to begin their journey. Campers will then create a Martian Lander to get them safely on the surface of Mars where they will test ways to survive the harsh Martian environment, gather resources needed to survive, and create a rover that can speed through alien terrain! In collaboration with JPL, Discovery Cube has designed a week of excitement and learning for campers that is sure to be out of this world!
